Return Guidelines

We accept returns postmarked to Coco Royale Island within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition.

To ensure a smooth return process, please refer to the detailed instructions included with your package. For orders valued at $150 or more, we're happy to cover return shipping costs. For orders below $150, we kindly ask that you arrange and cover the return shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Restrictions

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made, special order, or final sale items, including undergarments.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items damaged due to wear, washing, or dry cleaning.
Items not meeting these criteria may be returned to you at your expense.
In the very unlikely event that you receive an item that's different from your order, damaged upon arrival, or has a manufacturing defect, we want to help you get things right quickly. Simply notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order by emailing us at contactus@cocoroyaleisland.com

We understand mistakes can happen, and we're here to make it easy for you. We'll send you a prepaid UPS label to use for your return, free of charge. Just pack your item securely in its original box (if available) and with any original packaging materials.

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly ensure the item hasn't been worn, washed, or has its tags removed. This allows us to efficiently process your request for a full refund or a replacement (if the item is still in stock).

We'll send your refund or replacement promptly upon receiving the returned item. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving any unexpected issues quickly and with minimal inconvenience.

For a smooth exchange process, please note that returned items must adhere to our return guidelines (detailed in the Return Guidelines and Return Restrictions sections). Remember to mark your exchange preference on the return form!

The good news is, exchange shipping within the United States is completely free! You'll see any adjustments to your account within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

To ensure a smooth return process:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method like UPS or insured parcel post. This provides proof of delivery and helps us locate your return if necessary. We are unfortunately unable to reimburse or compensate for lost packages without proof of delivery.

To prevent any damage during transit, please package your return securely. We cannot accept or exchange items that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Once we receive your return:

Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days.
We will issue a full refund to the original credit card used for the purchase.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your refund is processed.
International Returns:

Unfortunately, due to varying international shipping regulations, free returns are not currently available outside the United States. However, we're happy to help! For international returns, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, any duties, and taxes incurred. You'll also need to source a shipping service and manage the return process yourself.
